Before submitting your details please ensure:

  • All form fields are completed
  • Your registration number is correct and letters / numbers are in the correct order
  • Your vehicle is either Class 1 (car, 4WD, station wagon) or Class 6 (ute, van and truck up to 4.5 tonne GVM)
  • If your vehicle is registered under more than one name, only details of ONE person is required. Please complete the form once for each vehicle insured with QBE.

A QBE DriverProtect Certificate will only be sent to you if you meet the two criteria listed above.
