The service and help from your team was brilliant - your staff on the phone helped explain the process as I hadn't needed to claim before. Everything was quick and simple. The product is great - I have a protected no claims and my riding gear is protected - I was vaguely aware this existed but was very happy to realise this wasn't an optional "tick the box in the far left corner" extra (just when I needed it). In addition to the accident I have bought a new bike - as well as the other, so I needed a quote - I talked the QBE person through the accident and my details. The quote came out at a good price - in fact I didn't even bother to ring anyone else, and told the previous owner to ring you instead of Shannons for his new bike. In the past I have paid for my insurance as ordered, for some reason I didn't this time - then today I get a courteous follow up call reminding me my Cover Note has an expiry - excellent. The new bike is my prime hobby bike (an Aprilia Tuono) and definitely one I wanted insured, it would have been a pain to forget to complete the cover note / pay. I have a background in customer service and process improvement which means I tend to look for good customer service and am often disappointed. With that in mind I wanted to take this opportunity to thank QBE and compliment your customer focussed processes.
